  It is mainly composed of shell, tube sheet, heat exchange tube, sealing head, baffle plate, etc. In a steel cylindrical housing, a plurality of small-diameter pure copper pipes or steel pipes are arranged in the axial direction. The cooling water flows through the pipe, and the heat medium flows out of the pipe, and is guided by the baffle plate and flows in a tortuous manner. For the cooling object is oil, the column pipe should be made of steel pipe instead of pure copper pipe, because copper will accelerate the oxidation and polymerization reaction rate of mineral oil. Table 9-9 is the characteristic parameters of the tube heat exchanger, and Table 2 is its model and oil flow.
