　　The material is 20Cr. The part has teeth, abrupt cross-section and complex shape. The original use of carburizing 1 double liquid quenching (water pan, oil cooling), the workpiece distortion is large, the quality is not stable. After that, the calcium chloride aqueous solution with a density of 1.38~1.42g/cm3 was used, the distortion was greatly reduced, the distortion of the tooth was below 0.1~0.15mm, and 2000 parts were processed, all of which were qualified.
