　　The quenching cooling medium can be water, a light weight polymer, or an oil. It is not designed to be used with salt water. Water or polymer must have a rust inhibitor (or stainless steel). So it is also called quenching tank, polymer quenching tank, quenching tank, quenching salt tank.

    The Miniature portable mobile agitation quenching tank has a suitable agitation system, and the agitation is such that the uniformly dispersed quenching and vaporized bubbles of the quenching medium are formed on the quenched surface of the heated workpiece. These bubbles, if not dispersed, can result in uneven quenching times leading to poor quenching. Stirring also prevents local overheating, which can cause fires in the quenching medium of the oil.

　　The optional hinged lid of the quenching tank provides the means to eliminate any potential quenching oil fires and to clean the quenching medium.

　　The quenching tank can be selected as a flat bottom type, and is often used in fixed places such as laboratories, sample rooms or teaching demonstrations. When the quenching tank needs to be moved or carried with optional optional mobile casters, it is convenient to move and carry, and the same working volume height is increased by 65~120mm.
