The structure of the rotating scraper heat exchanger is mainly composed of an inner polished jacket heat exchange cylinder, a scraper rotor, a sealing mechanism and a driving device.

It is mainly composed of many heat transfer plates with sealing rings arranged in parallel, dividing plates, frames, guide rods, pressing plates, screws and nozzles.
The heat transfer plate suspended on the guide rod is sandwiched between the front bracket plate and the pressing plate, and is pressed by the screw.

The connecting pipes in and out of the heat exchanger can be arranged on the front bracket plate or on the pressing plate at the same time, or on the 2 plate respectively, but the partition plate must be provided with side connecting pipes for fluid in and out. & nbsp;

Stamped rectangular stainless steel sheet with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 2mm [aspect ratio (3 to 4):1] and 4 round holes at each corner.
High-temperature-resistant sealing rings are embedded along the circumference and round holes on one side of each board. There is a fluid inlet, a distribution zone, a heat transfer zone, a collection zone and a fluid outlet.
One side of each plate is arranged through a sealing ring structure so that only two holes communicate with the heat transfer area at the same time.
The upper and lower ends of the plate have the same guide rail notches in the middle, so the heat transfer plates can be arranged upside down as needed.
The plate spacing depends on the thickness of the sealing ring, the corrugated form of the heat transfer area and the machining accuracy, generally between 3 and 8mm. & nbsp;
(3) Segmentation of plate heat exchanger & nbsp;
The plate heat exchanger can be divided into several segments using intermediate partitions.
The segmentation enables the preheating, sterilization and cooling of the fluid food to be completed on a plate heat exchanger, and the temperature difference between the cold and hot fluids can be used for waste heat recovery.

The sealing periphery is long, requires more sealing gaskets, and the gaskets need frequent maintenance and cleaning, so they are easy to damage.In addition, the plate heat exchanger is not resistant to high pressure, and the resistance loss of fluid flow is large. Due to the small gap between the plates, it is not suitable for heat transfer of particulate materials and high viscosity materials.
