this quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace door, heating element, ventilation mechanism and control system.

The furnace door is designed in the lower part of the furnace body, which means that the workpiece enters or exits from below. The heating element adopts a high-resistance alloy resistance belt, which is arranged on both sides of the inner container through a special hook and is insulated from the inner container.
The ventilator is composed of a blower and a wind deflector. The blower motor and the heating element are electrically interlocked. Only when the blower is turned on, the heating element can be energized, which can ensure that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation cycle.
The loading basket and the feeding and discharging car are welded by section steel, and the horizontal center of gravity is adjusted and lifted up and down. The quenching furnace is equipped with material basket and material car to ensure that users can work in time. When feeding, the material basket is mounted on the trolley, pulled out and pushed forward. When entering the lower part of the furnace body, the furnace door is opened and the lifting machine is turned to work. The chain is hooked, the loading basket is hoisted into the furnace, and the furnace door is closed for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, turn the lifting machine, put the loading basket into the pool for quenching treatment, then put the material basket out of the water surface on the plane of the trolley, unhook the chain, turn the lifting machine to lift, pull the trolley out, and carry out aging treatment.
A 1 pool is provided at the lower part of the electric furnace body so that the workpiece can enter the pool for quenching treatment in a short time.
The control part adopts thyristor, digital display table, etc. to control and alarm the temperature.
The quenching furnace is equipped with a limit switch on the furnace door opening and closing mechanism and the charging lifting mechanism. This switch is connected with the power supply of the control cabinet. When the workpiece rises to the highest point, the furnace door opening and closing power supply is connected, and the heating element power supply is contacted. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the heating element is cut off, and the power supply of the lifting mechanism is turned on, so that the workpiece is lowered for water quenching.
