Furnace machinery
1. All mechanical parts of the furnace must meet quality requirements, and must be cleaned and inspected for surface damage and rust before assembly. All mechanical components are assembled according to the diagram, in the correct position, and can move forward, backward, open and close, lift and rotate normally to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the equipment.
2. When assembling parts, it is generally not allowed to place gaskets that are not specified on the drawing. However, sometimes in order to calibrate parts such as tracks, it is allowed to add a layer of gaskets without affecting rigidity, strength, performance, and service life. The gasket must be firmly padded, and if necessary, the gasket can be welded to a certain part.
3. The axial misalignment of meshing gears shall not exceed the following specified values:
① The rim width of the gear is B ≤ 20mm, and the allowable misalignment is<1.5mm.
② The rim width B of the gear is greater than 20mm, and the allowable displacement is less than 0.1B.
But the maximum displacement shall not exceed 7mm. When the rim widths of two meshing gears are different, the axial displacement shall be calculated according to the narrower one.
4. The pusher should operate smoothly, have sufficient rigidity, and be vibration free. Thrust protection and stroke protection should be installed on the pusher.
5. The reciprocating movement of the push rod of the cylinder and oil cylinder should be flexible and lightweight, and should not produce steep vibration, deflection, swinging, air leakage, oil leakage, or uneven rhythm. The rack that fixes them should be firm and reliable.
6. When the pusher is working, the movement of the rough or material tray in the furnace should be smooth, without producing steep vibration, deflection, and stacking phenomena.
7. The chain configuration of the conveyor belt furnace should be adjusted appropriately, and care should be taken not to deviate.
8. The conveyor chain and sprocket are well interlocked, without slipping or climbing, and should rotate flexibly and evenly without any jamming.
9. The vibration bottom plate action of the vibrating furnace should be balanced, without steep vibration, deviation, or uneven joints. The workpiece is evenly distributed, moves forward regularly, and does not lean towards one side.
10. The rollers of the bottom roller furnace must not deform and should be on a flat surface, with spacing in accordance with the specifications in the drawing.
11. The rotating mechanism of the rotary wall furnace and rotary bottom furnace should rotate smoothly without any steep vibration or swinging phenomenon.
12. The furnace fan should operate smoothly and flexibly, without any abnormal vibration or noise, and should not touch any objects.
13. The reducer and gearbox should move flexibly, bite well, and have no abnormal noise, impact, sway, or oil leakage.
14. The tightness of the belt and chain should be adjusted appropriately. For a set of V-belts, the elasticity of each belt should be basically the same.
15. For high-speed rotating shafts, impellers and other parts that may cause vibration, balance tests and calibration should be carried out according to the requirements of the drawing.
16. There should be no automatic detachment of various operating handles, gears, clutches, etc. The friction plate does not slip. The braking mechanism should be flexible and reliable.
17. The lubrication device should be complete, the oil circuit should be unobstructed, the lubricating oil should be full and clean, the oil pipe should be fixed reliably, there should be no areas that seriously affect the flow rate such as collapse or impact, and there should be no leakage.
18. All transmission parts must have safety protective covers and be firm and reliable.
