Vacuum quenching furnace shutdown

1) Open the electromagnetic vent valve on the cooling chamber and disrupt the vacuum state of the cooling chamber.

2) Open the front furnace cover, take out the workpiece and workpiece cart.

3) Close the front furnace cover.

4) Close the nitrogen recharge switch.

5) Turn off the compressed air switch.

6) Turn off the main power switch.

7) When the temperature in the heating chamber is below 150C, turn off the main switch of the water source and the shut-off valves of each part.
